Job summary

Taylor Management Company is seeking an onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community. You will interact directly with residents, coordinate maintenance and vendor services, and ensure compliance with community policies and standards.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in community or property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community or property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HOA and condominium operations preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CMCA or AMS are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily community operations and maintenance schedules.
• Serving as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and the management company.
• Organizing community events and meetings to enhance resident engagement.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for the Board of Directors.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and governing documents.
