Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is seeking a Community Manager for Woodridge Place - LSS Affordable Housing in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

The role involves managing move-ins/outs, HUD occupancy, budget adherence, staff supervision, and maintaining strong resident relations to ensure quality service. A related degree is preferred and Ohio driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in apartment management or HUD housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all move-ins, move-outs, and re-certifications per HUD Handbook 4350.3 and LSS rules.
• Maintain and process resident, vendor, and facility files per HUD and LSS requirements.
• Promote high quality of life for residents by managing the HUD facility’s building and grounds within budget.
