Job summary

Community Management Associates, Inc. seeks a licensed Georgia Community Association Manager to lead an onsite team for a luxury or complex property near Braselton, GA. You will oversee board communications, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with governing documents.

This full-time, onsite role involves supervising staff, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining positive relations with owners and residents while supporting the board’s governance goals.

Qualifications

• Georgia CAM license is required.
• Driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Association management experience: 3 years, onsite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly manager’s report and board agenda; packet distributed 48 hours prior to meetings.
• Manage the monthly Action Item list.
• Handle owner and resident requests for common elements or services.
• Inspect property and schedule repairs with contractors/maintenance staff.
• Maintain maintenance work order system and tracking.
• Read and report on Association financials including balance sheet, income statement, budget and delinquency reports.
• Liaise with the Board and the Association’s Attorney; prepare the draft budget annually.
