Job summary

Community Management Associates, Inc. seeks an Onsite Community Association Manager in Mableton, GA to serve as the managing agent for the assigned community.

The position reports to the Board of Directors and directs day‑to‑day onsite operations, coordinates maintenance and vendor activity, oversees financials, prepares reports, and ensures clear and timely communication with homeowners, residents, and committee volunteers.

Qualifications

• Georgia CAM license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of association management experience, onsite preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean record; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly board packets and agendas with 48 hours' notice.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and maintenance scheduling.
• Inspect property, track work orders, and oversee repairs and amenities.
• Maintain financial records, reports, and budget monitoring.
• Communicate with owners, residents, and committee volunteers; ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee staff coordination and adherence to governing documents.
