Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Commissioning Manager to support the IPA power generation project in Delta, Utah. The role requires leading commissioning activities from construction turnover through startup, testing, and final project acceptance, with a strong onsite presence.

You will coordinate with engineering, construction, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure system readiness, safety, and adherence to schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commissioning management on large project execution.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and/or control systems.
• Experience in client-facing roles on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commissioning activities from planning through final turnover.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans, schedules, and subcontractor divisions of responsibility.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure system readiness.
• Oversee pre-functional and functional testing and system start-up.
• Review design documents for commissioning requirements and manage documentation.
