Job summary

Staxmatic is hiring a Pipefitter Foreman to lead field pipefitting crews on a dedicated commercial construction project in Texas. This hands-on role oversees layout through turnover, ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence on one site.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent, review drawings, manage materials, and drive daily production while maintaining OSHA standards and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial piping field experience.
• 2 years in a foreman or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and direct a crew of pipefitters, welders, and helpers on commercial piping installations.
• Review drawings, develop material takeoffs, and create field layouts and sketches to support installation activities.
• Oversee field installation of process, HVAC, and mechanical piping systems per plans and codes.
• Drive daily production by planning pipefitting activities and aligning crews with the construction schedule.
• Coordinate pipe routing and installation with other trades to avoid conflicts and maintain schedule.
