Tegrity Contractors, a family-owned commercial construction general contractor, seeks a Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that aligns with plans and standards.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, develop schedules and cost controls, review contracts, and lead meetings while guiding teams through change orders and documentation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement of materials.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and company policies.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation.
