Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first/third-party insurance claims.
• Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, bad faith.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
• Attend court hearings.
• Conduct examinations under oath.
