Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join a leading engineering and federal-focused firm in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The role requires developing and maintaining CMM programs, performing precision inspections, and ensuring parts meet GD&T standards.

You will design fixtures, interpret drawings, run gauges, and collaborate with quality teams. This onsite position demands a TS/SCI or DOE Q clearance and a strong background with Zeiss Calypso or similar CMM software;

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on CMM programming and inspection.
• Strong GD&T knowledge per ANSI Y14.5.
• Experience reading drawings, CAD models, and tolerances.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Oak Ridge, TN with security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Create, modify, and maintain CMM programs for production parts.
• Design fixtures and workholding for accurate measurements.
• Interpret drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specs.
• Perform dimensional inspections and document results.
• Collaborate on Gauge R&R, capability studies, RCCA activities.
• Troubleshoot CMM programs, probes, and fixtures.
• Maintain CMM instruments and ensure calibration accuracy.
• Train technicians on CMM setup and execution.
