Job summary

Diligent Robotics is building AI-enabled service robots to work with hospital staff. We are seeking a Lead Clinical Robot Associate in Memphis, TN, on-site, to join the founding operations team and ensure safe clinical use of robots in real-world hospital environments.

You will monitor mobile service robots, collect data, troubleshoot, and communicate with engineers and hospital staff while helping design scalable processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading a small team including scheduling, training, and support.
• Customer-service oriented with de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Self-sufficient with quick independent decision-making.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work varying shifts including nights/weekends.
• Willing to obtain vendor credentials, immunizations, background check, and related steps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment.
• Collect data and troubleshoot while providing detailed feedback to engineers.
• Prioritize the customer experience and meet or exceed expectations.
• Communicate with hospital staff and, occasionally, the public about robot operation.
