ICON's Accellacare team in Nashville, TN is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator 1 to support study coordination and ensure participant safety onsite at 5653 Frist Blvd. The CRC 1 will perform protocol-driven procedures, recruit participants, attend investigator meetings, and maintain accurate data and logs while promoting the site to sponsors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in a clinical research or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Motivated about a career in clinical research.
• Excellent time management and planning skills with an organized approach to work.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform protocol-specific clinical procedures as ordered by the investigator.
• Attend investigator meetings and site visits for training.
• Recruit and promote services to suitable participants and sponsor representatives.
• Document data, logs, and adverse events accurately.
• Prepare study documentation for audits.
• Order and manage supplies and drug administration as required.
• Maintain temperature monitoring and equipment calibration.
