BJC HealthCare is hiring for a CIS Coordinator II role onsite at Missouri Baptist. The position supports implementation of system upgrades, training and testing for clinical information systems, and collaborates with hospital leadership and IS teams to ensure effective usage.

This role requires a nursing background and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with focus on training, workflow analysis, and quality assurance to improve clinical applications across departments within the Missouri Baptist

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Nursing background required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with clinical information systems and training.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of system upgrades and testing.
• Leads CIS projects and collaborates with hospital IS teams.
• Provides end-user training and ensures workflow changes are reflected in training.
• Gathers requirements, analyzes workflows, and documents changes.
• Provides daily clinical application support and issue resolution.
