Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a CIS II Coordinator to support the Clinical Information System upgrades and assist with design, testing, and training for clinical applications. The role focuses on collaboration with hospital leadership, clinicians, IS, and other departments to enable usage and acceptance of CIS tools.

The position emphasizes training delivery, workflow mapping, and coordinating with CIS teams and IT partners to execute enhancements and provide daily clinician support.

Qualifications

• Nursing background required or preferred.
• 2-5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides end-user support and trains on clinical applications; improves processes and ensures QA.
• Gather/workflow requirements and map changes for training activities.
• Reviews, tests and implements system enhancements and upgrades with CIS teams and IT partners.
• Provides daily support to clinicians via review of clinical reports, audits, and downtime procedures.
• Maintains communications about clinical application changes and upgrades to hospitals and end users.
