Job summary

Elior North America, operating Cura-Hospitality, is seeking a registered dietitian for Holy Redeemer Health System Meadowbrook Campus to join its healthcare team onsite. You will assess nutritional needs of patients, initiate interventions, and support quality of life goals consistent with patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates will have passed the CDR exam or be eligible, complete 75 CE hours every five years, and hold state licensure.

Qualifications

Passed the CDR national exam or meets Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements for eligibility.
Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years, per CDR requirements.
Licensed or certified per state requirements.
Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

Providing nutritional expertise to the health care team and educating patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
Following the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
Interacting with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
Actively participating in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
