Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Registered Dietitian for Holy Redeemer Health System Meadowbrook Campus. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support quality of life for residents. This is a non-exempt, hourly role based onsite in Meadowbrook.

The candidate should have passed the CDR exam or be eligible, complete 75 hours of CE in five years, and hold state licensure. Prior healthcare experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within Elior's Cura-Hospitality

Qualifications

• Must have passed the national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meet the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics eligibility requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years, per CDR guidelines.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards related to comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients, residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies in dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating continuous quality improvement programs.
