Job summary

Medcor is looking for a full-time EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to serve as the Clinic Manager in our Rochelle, IL occupational health clinic. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and the chance to own the onsite clinic while delivering hands-on patient care.

As Clinic Manager, you will provide clinical care, oversee daily clinic operations, and collaborate with Medcor leadership and client partners in Safety, Human Resources, and Operations to keep employees healthy, safe, and productive.

Qualifications

• Current EMT/Paramedic/LPN licensure applicable to the position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day clinic responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records.
• Ability to lift a 50-pound emergency response bag.
• Positive, professional, patient-focused approach.
• Passion for providing excellent care and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to employees while overseeing day-to-day clinic operations.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor protocols.
• Coordinate with Safety, HR, and Operations for onsite clinic management.
• Maintain documentation using EMR and other systems.
• Support OSHA recordkeeping and client reporting.
• Lead and develop clinic staff and processes.
