Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or seven (7) years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned clinics, ensuring consistent delivery of quality patient care, operational efficiency, and adherence to organizational goals.
• Partners with local and corporate leadership to develop, communicate, and implement strategic and operational initiatives for clinic operations.
• Leads and manages clinic management teams, physicians, and staff to achieve clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction objectives.
• Oversees physician practice operations including scheduling, patient flow, revenue cycle processes, and administrative workflows.
