Pace Labs in Peoria, IL is hiring a full-time Client Services Technician 1 to join our environmental testing laboratory. This onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and you'll receive training to support sample receiving, packing, and data logging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn and be trained in the role.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking sample coolers.
• Verifying samples against customer paperwork.
• Logging samples into the system.
