Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery is hiring a full-time Client Service Representative to support the Connect to Care team onsite in Aurora, CO. The CSR will greet clients, handle front desk duties, schedule appointments, collect copays, and maintain accurate records in the EHR while delivering courteous service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm with diverse populations; bilingual Spanish

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.
• One year of customer service experience and/or training.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm with clients with behavioral health needs.
• Flexible with a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients with dignity and professionalism; answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist with safety, building and client emergencies following protocols.
• Check-in clients, collect copays and complete end-of-day financial reports.
• Verify insurance and document information in the EHR; ensure accurate registrations.
• Keep reception area clean and manage mail, forms, supplies and equipment.
