Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join the School-based Services team onsite in Aurora, CO. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients with professionalism, schedule appointments, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, calm communication with diverse populations, and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service related experience and/or training.
• Ability to stay calm while interacting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with dignity and professionalism at the front desk.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; complete intake paperwork.
• Handle check-ins, copays, and daily cash/credit card transactions.
• Maintain orderly reception area and coordinate with care teams.
