CMC Recruiting is seeking an experienced Client Operations Manager to provide end-to-end support to three Financial Advisors and their clients in Metairie, LA. You will coordinate client onboarding, paperwork, and ongoing service, ensuring timely, accurate processing and proactive communication.

The role requires Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, strong organization, and comfort with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management client service.
• Licenses required: Series 7 and Series 66.
• Familiarity with ACATs, ACH, investment statements, and related paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to three Financial Advisors and their clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client service and admin needs.
• Own client and product-related processes from initiation through completion.
• Communicate with clients regarding paperwork, transfers, applications, requirements, and timelines.
• Respond promptly to client requests and ensure follow-through.
• Anticipate Advisor and client needs and address items before they become obstacles.
• Deliver a highly responsive, organized client experience.
• Coordinate client review meetings and prospect appointments.
• Prepare client files, statements, agendas, and meeting materials.
• Document meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up items.
• Track client commitments through completion.
• Manage account openings, transfers, money movement, and maintenance.
• Resolve processing issues and liaise with custodians and providers.
