Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is hiring a Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist to support clients and employees with onboarding, payroll processes, and related documentation. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service at a high level of responsiveness and confidentiality.

The position involves coordinating new hire onboarding, managing forms such as I-9 and W-4, and maintaining accurate data within HR systems, with a strong emphasis on compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in basic office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors via phone, email, and in person
• Provide professional, timely, and courteous support to client and employee inquiries
• Build and maintain positive relationships by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
• Assist clients and employees with general questions related to onboarding, payroll processes, and documentation
• Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation
• Assist employees with completion of I-9, W-4, and other federal, state, and company-specific forms
• Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Enter and maintain new hire data within payroll and HR systems
• Track onboarding status and follow up as needed to ensure deadlines are met
