Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to supervise janitorial staff across shifts and ensure clean, safe, well-maintained facilities. You will assign tasks, inspect work, and address client concerns while guiding training and performance coaching.

This full-time role requires flexibility, with open availability including weekends, to meet contract and quality expectations and to support a high standard of service.
