Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Civil Project Manager in Greenville, SC to lead civil site design for land development projects. The role involves ownership of planning, design, permitting, and construction administration with close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

You will prepare calculations, technical reports, and construction documents, using AutoCAD Civil 3D to refine designs and ensure quality against scope and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required; EIT acceptable with progression towards PE.
• 8+ years of civil engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for site design.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil site design for land development projects focusing on water, sewer, drainage, grading and utilities.
• Prepare engineering calculations, grading plans, drainage reports and construction documents.
• Lead permitting efforts and coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain approvals.
• Develop technical specifications and bid documents for construction projects.
• Manage project tasks to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
