Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of experience inspecting and/or constructing pipelines, structures, grading, underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation.
Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Review plans, specs, RFIs, and submittals to verify materials and construction comply with contract.
Document delivery dates and verify materials match submittals.
Observe work and document progress for schedules and payment applications.
Assist with change orders and document deficient work and corrections.
Assist with punch list preparation and ensure punch list items are completed.
Document daily work with time-stamped photos and reports.
Observe BMPs for stormwater compliance.
For work in ROW, confirm traffic control setups adhere to permits and assist with public relations as required.
