Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise Cisco network infrastructure.
• Administer Cisco switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Monitor and maintain production network environments.
• Perform firmware upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Support VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and core networking services.
• Assist with network documentation and configuration management.
• Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and after-hours support as needed.
