Job summary

Lancesoft INC seeks a Scientist 2 Chemistry / Laboratory Analyst for an onsite role in Malvern, PA. The candidate will execute experiments in a GMP-regulated lab, review data, and maintain proper documentation.

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry is required, with 2+ years of related experience, or a Master’s with 1+ year. Experience with protein or impurities assays, ELISA, or analogous techniques is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field with 2+ years of related industry laboratory experience, or Master’s with 1+ year of experience.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills; cross-functional collaboration in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience with two or more of the following techniques: plate-based biochemical assays (impurity, HCP), ELISA, FRET, cell-based potency assays.
• Experience in a cGMP environment; perform experiments and data review per SOPs.
• Electronic Laboratory Notebook experience preferred; bioassay troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments and data review according to SOPs and protocols.
• Maintain and use an electronic laboratory notebook.
• Work with limited guidance to plan and execute studies; communicate results clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a cGMP environment.
