Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time, second-shift Analytical Chemist to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished products.

You will operate HPLC, UV/Vis, IR, ICP and other instruments, prepare samples, validate processes, document GMP-compliant results, and maintain equipment. Relocation not offered; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical lab skills and ability to communicate about technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished pharmaceutical products.
• Operate chromatographic systems and instruments like HPLC, UV/Vis, IR, ICP.
• Prepare samples and run instruments with minimal supervision.
• Set up and validate new analytical processes in the department.
• Document work for GMP compliance and perform monthly equipment maintenance.
• Carry out method transfer protocols.
