Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance with current SSBI/T5; TS/SCI desired.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+).
• 10+ years of experience with C4I systems and cybersecurity support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Navy C4I or comparable DoD mission environments.
• Azure Government and IL6 experience in cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, secure, and sustain Microsoft Azure architectures (gov vs commercial).
• Design hybrid-cloud solutions integrating on-premises and Azure with Azure Arc.
• Engineer connectivity: ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, routing, and on-prem links.
• Design internal networking: VNets, subnets, NSGs, VLANs, routing, segmentation.
• Implement cloud security: Defender, Azure Firewall, least-privilege, Zero Trust.
