Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Mechanical Assembler to assemble bulk container handling equipment both mechanically and with simple electrical components. This onsite role emphasizes reading drawings, follow work instructions, and ensuring quality workmanship.

You will perform structural and mechanical assemblies, document labor and material movements, and prepare equipment for shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedures
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively
• Ability to perform basic algebra/geometry concepts
• Basic PC literacy including email, word processing, spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Assemble bulk container handling equipment per drawings and bills of materials
• Perform mechanical and simple electrical assemblies and quality checks
• Read drawings and solve problems to minimize non-value added work
• Record labor reporting, material movements, and scrapes accurately
• Prepare equipment for shipment and conduct teardown as needed
