Brinlow Partners in Culver City, CA, seeks a Junior Project Manager for an onsite role starting within 2 to 4 weeks. You will oversee project timelines, deliverable tracking, and resource allocation across regional campaigns, ensuring milestones are met.

You will collaborate with client partners across telecommunications, retail, and consumer services, establishing operational frameworks and daily tracking systems to keep campaigns on schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in customer service, retail, office administration, or project support is welcomed.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, articulate communication style, and disciplined time management.

Responsibilities

• Direct Campaign Timelines: Monitor milestone progress, update task schedules, archive project documentation, and ensure deliverables meet target dates.
• Facilitate Cross-Team Communication: Act as the primary contact between internal team members, vendor contacts, and client representatives.
• Resolve Workflow Bottlenecks: Track daily project deliverables, address operational friction promptly, and organize campaign assets.
• Lead Alignment Syncs: Prepare meeting agendas, record decisions, and track post-meeting action items.
