Supporting Project Execution

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support team coordination, schedule tracking, and campaign delivery while developing practical operational skills. You will receive structured training and supported responsibility before gradually taking greater ownership of project requirements.

This is an on-site role involving direct collaboration with campaign managers, field teams, and project partners.

Driving Daily Milestones

• Maintain project records, timelines, status updates, and action item logs.
• Prepare project briefs, milestone presentations, status reports, and meeting agendas.
• Monitor campaign outputs and performance metrics to identify operational trends.
• Coordinate with field teams to keep promotional assets, schedules, and delivery targets aligned.
• Support team communication and assist with resolving daily workflow friction.
• Participate in morning syncs and briefings, documenting priorities and following up on agreed actions.
