Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure systems (servers, workstations, switches, routers, firewalls, IDS, encryption)
• Maintain and update technical documentation and network diagrams
• Ensure security controls and accreditation steps are followed (IA collaboration)
• Patch software, manage licenses, and perform lifecycle management
• Assist with risk assessment and incident response as needed
• Provide guidance to junior team members when applicable
