Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure systems (servers, workstations, switches, routers, firewalls, IDS, encryption devices).
• Maintain and update documentation, including SOPs, network drawings, and configuration docs.
• Conduct reviews to identify and mitigate security weaknesses and ensure compliance.
• Provide resolutions for moderately complex issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform software patching, deployment, license and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Information Assurance to follow system accreditation processes and maintain docs.
• Collaborate with IT management on risks affecting IT services.
• Develop and test system specifications and requirements.
• Mentor junior team members when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
