Job summary

Calibration Solutions is seeking a Calibration Specialist to join our San Antonio team. You will inspect, maintain, and repair instruments to ensure accurate measurements at customer testing labs, with 90% travel as needed.

Build strong customer relations through proactive communication, perform on-site calibrations, assist with equipment procurement when needed, and participate in training on calibration and quality procedures within a culture that values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to travel to jobsites (90% travel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; must have basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and professionally perform full service on customer equipment.
• Professional communication with co-workers, manufacturers, and customers regarding assigned jobs.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and maintenance outside of assigned jobs.
• Assist customers with equipment procurement outside of assigned jobs.
• Undergo supervised and independent training on calibration and quality procedures.
• Provide accurate measurements onsite for client requests.
