Job summary

Applied Technical Services in Marietta, GA is seeking a Calibration Customer Service Administrator to support the Calibration Department. You will be the primary contact for customers, manage data in CRM and IndySoft, and coordinate quotes, job setup, and documentation to ensure accurate, timely service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associates or bachelor’s preferred), 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication, data accuracy, and the ability to work cross-functionally

• 1–3 years in customer service or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to manage high volumes of communication and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with data accuracy; assess customer needs for calibration services.
• Independent worker with strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM systems and database management preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Marietta, GA five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email with prompt, professional communication.
• Create, update, and maintain customer accounts and job records in CRM, IndySoft, and related systems.
• Generate and manage quotes, work orders, and job records for accuracy.
• Coordinate new customer setup with Finance for onboarding requirements.
• Prepare documentation (supplier forms, insurance certificates, W-9s, ACH forms, safety docs).
• Handle inquiries, status requests, complaints, and service needs with a customer-focused approach.
• Review POs for accuracy, pricing, terms, and required details.
• Scan, upload, and maintain supporting documentation in system records.
• Collaborate with technicians, quality, finance, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate service delays or scope changes to customers and stakeholders; seek process improvements.
