Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of customer service or admin experience in calibration or related field.
• Strong communication, data accuracy, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers by phone and email.
• Create, update, and maintain customer accounts, job records, and data in CRM and IndySoft.
• Generate quotes, work orders, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate new customer setup with Finance and onboarding requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as supplier forms, COIs, W-9s, ACH, and safety documents.
• Handle inquiries, status requests, complaints, and service needs with a customer-focused approach.
