This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs. You will work on-site, providing full-service tax preparation for individuals and all business entity types, while building long-term relationships and expanding Intuit’s local presence through proactive outreach and cross‑selling of

Qualifications

• 3+ years in federal/state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients/season with compensation.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30 returns per year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with small-business tax returns and year-round guidance preferred.
• State licenses/certifications or ability to obtain them; familiar with Circular 230.
• Comfort with onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship locations, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Develop client relationships and offer proactive tax planning and related services.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists as needed to support clients.
• Promote Intuit solutions and grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professional communication.
