Qualifications

• The candidate should have business analysis or business systems analysis experience.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and analysis.
• Experience analyzing business processes and proposing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business functions, processes, and activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review information, systems, processes, procedures, schedules, and methods.
• Evaluate business needs and determine effective solutions.
• Support improvements to computer-based business applications.
• Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to management.
• Analyze resource, process, system, and personnel utilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges.
• This is a 100% onsite role, five days per week, in Salem, NH.
