Job summary

You will generate and qualify leads, support the sales team, build customer relationships, and help deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with quota or performance-based goals.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective customers and distribute leads to the appropriate sales team members.
• Lead outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, and follow-up communications.
• Monitor inbound inquiries and ensure timely lead response and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Support the sales team in managing, maintaining, and growing existing accounts.
• Coordinate with customer service, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare freight quotes and assist customers with order-related inquiries.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate product information to customers and sales representatives.
• Enter and maintain lead and customer information within company databases and CRM platforms, including Mailchimp.
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives designed to generate new business opportunities.
