Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; SAP and inventory experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year as a split operator or operator on a production line.
• Ability to follow safety policies, GMPs, Kosher and USDA labelling guidelines.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating kilograms and bag weights.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh raw materials using product codes and batch numbers.
• Add materials per work orders and verify ingredients are correct.
• Fill daily packing sheets and ensure finish product labelling accuracy.
• Assist in pre-weighing, tank washing and daily production tasks.
• Provide packing sheets and maintain production count records.
• Enforce safety rules and SOPs to deliver a quality product.
