Job summary

Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

You will create and maintain baseline schedules, integrate subcontractor look-ahead plans, and produce progress reports for the project team and owner. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of scheduling experience in heavy civil construction, proficiency with Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud, and strong communication to coordinate with engineers,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2+ years of project scheduling experience, preferably in heavy civil construction.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create baseline project schedules for new contracts and maintain the working schedule.
Ensure updates and reports conform to contract specs for formal submittals.
Develop a comprehensive schedule narrative with each update.
Prepare progress reports and integrate subcontractor look-ahead schedules.
Review schedules for accuracy, logic, and critical path; communicate status to stakeholders.
Lead monthly schedule reviews with Owner and project team.
