Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is hiring a Project Scheduler to support the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

You will collect and analyze information to plan and schedule construction, generate forecasts, and coordinate with the project team, subs, and design engineers to monitor progress. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration and have 2+ years in project scheduling, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred.
2+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably in heavy civil/heavy industrial construction.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with project teams.

Responsibilities

Create baseline schedules for newly awarded scopes and maintain the working schedule.
Ensure schedule updates and reports conform to contract specifications for owner submittals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule narrative with each update.
Prepare progress reports and integrate subcontractor look-ahead schedules into the master schedule.
