World Finance is seeking an Onsite Financial Services Representative to provide coverage across multiple branch locations in Illinois. The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate loan processing, and daily cash handling, with travel between branches on a regular basis.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and a team-oriented mindset to meet performance goals while upholding company standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches within the region.
• Assist Branch Managers to maintain smooth operations and branch growth.
• Guide customers toward responsible financial choices and upsell products when appropriate.
• Process and prepare loan applications, documents, and renewals accurately.
• Take and process customer payments and balance cash drawer daily.
• Assist with loan closings and deposits; transport funds as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships and represent World Finance values at all times.
• Support tax services and help build tax clientele when applicable.
