Job summary

World Finance seeks an Onsite Financial Services Representative to support multiple Indiana branches, providing exceptional customer service, processing loan documents, and handling daily branch operations. This role requires reliable daily travel, accurate cash handling, and strong teamwork.

You will assist Branch Managers, help grow loan activity, and ensure deposits and closings are completed accurately, while upholding company values and delivering a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Onsite customer service focus; ability to guide customers to financial options.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches as assigned, filling in for open or short-staffed positions.
• Assist with loan applications, documents, and renewals; process customer payments and loan closings.
• Balance cash drawer daily and process branch deposits; transport funds to and from the bank as needed.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships while representing World Finance values in each branch.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and teams to meet performance goals.
• Support tax services and help build tax clientele; contact approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
