Job summary

Adecco is seeking an internal onsite office recruiter in Richardson, TX to support sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and candidate communication for client-specific roles. The position is contract for about 3 months with potential to become permanent.

This role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, posting jobs, and building a talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting or relevant experience in staffing, human resources, or administrative work.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sourcing best practices.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer, email, and phone communication proficiency for daily recruiting work.
• Tech-savvy is a plus in this role, especially for recruitment tools and systems.
• Pay will be dependent on experience and will be hourly.

This role is contract, for about 3 months. However, depending on performance, could become a permanent role. This role is 100% onsite, in Richardson, TX. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM. This schedule is non-negotiable.

What You Will Do?

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
