Republic Finance, LLC is seeking current juniors and seniors for our Branch Operations Internship in Florence, SC. You will learn day-to-day branch operations, loan processing, and how the broader organization functions.

This onsite program offers hands-on experience, exposure to leadership, and a path to full-time opportunities after graduation. The internship pays $15.00 per hour and requires 18–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a branch and broader organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings; allocate files for doc prep; audit closed files.
