Blockchain Power Corp. operates Bitcoin mining facilities in West Virginia and is seeking dependable, technically curious Bitcoin Mining Technicians to support day-to-day mining operations.

This role maintains mining equipment by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, completing routine maintenance, and communicating clearly across shifts. Prior experience in IT/repair or electronics is a strong fit for this position.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, networking, electronics, or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to follow written procedures and accurately document completed work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers across different shifts.
• Willingness to learn specialized Bitcoin mining equipment and follow established safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot ASIC miners used for Bitcoin mining.
• Monitor equipment alerts, temperatures, airflow, connectivity, and overall performance.
• Respond to equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and complete repairs or replacements.
• Install and update monitoring software, firmware, and related hardware.
• Track equipment, parts, repair tickets, and warranty returns.
• Document maintenance activities and handoffs with clear updates.
• Report facility-related concerns to Site Lead and specialists.
