This role is responsible for helping keep mining equipment operational by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, completing routine maintenance, and communicating clearly across shifts. Candidates with experience in computer hardware, networking, electronics, technical repair, or equipment

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, networking, electronics, or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and methodical approach to diagnosing technical issues.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to document completed work and communicate across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot ASIC miners used for Bitcoin mining.
• Monitor equipment alerts, temperatures, airflow, connectivity, and overall performance.
• Respond to equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and perform repairs or replacements as trained.
• Install and update monitoring software, firmware, and related hardware.
