Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Biomedical Technician III, Clinical Engineering to ensure safe and reliable operation of medical and research equipment across the institution. This role performs advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for complex biomedical systems under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree BMET or Electronic Engineering is required.
• Bachelor's Degree BMET or Electronic Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical, surgical, and research equipment.
• Receive, assemble, and inspect new equipment for proper operation and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and modify electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment.
